What's your gym training music /fit?
Anyone know the best way to improve your gas tank in particular for martial arts in my case muay thai, I can run and skip at a steady rate for a decently long time (still working on it) but when it comes to kicking and punching I tend to drain pretty quickly, and tips?

Give more info. How much DNP are you taking? You won't feel jackshit if you're only on 250mg. Cold weather and your diet also play a roll in how much you feel.

Heat is not the primary mechanism of DNP. More heat doesn't mean more weight loss.

More is better though, especially if you plan on doing more than 2 cycles. A lot of anons posted that they had less results with time on = time off the second and third time around.

No you don't. It's all in your head. You don't just wake up with PN. It gradually develops. You'd have to expose yourself to DNP for months at a time to develop PN. This doesn't just happen from one cycle alone.

I reached 2pl8 deadlift today.
The weight wasn't a big problem but my grip really failed with a normal hook grip. Even though I dried my hands and the bar before my set I'd still get really sweaty and shitty grip at 4-5 reps.
I was thinking I might have to switch grips when I reached 2pl8, so what's the better option?
Liquid chalk (my gym doesn't allow normal chalk)
I use double overhand (different from hook) until 315 when I switch to mixed grip, at 450 I add chalk and 5 plate I add a belt.
Basically don't be a pussy, use mix grip. You don't beed chalk until your heavy. Also do more rows and pull ups and deads to increase that grip.
guys i eat 3 cans of these sardines a day and then 6 eggs in the morning.

What's your pre-workout of choice fit? I really liked muscle marinade till they banned it now I have to find an alternative.
I recall seeing somewhere a study that confirmed listening to music while exercising reduces perceived pain and lets you exert more effort.
What I'm wondering is what kind of music should you listen to while liftan,
1) music that makes you angry, that's heavy, fucked up sounding, death metal/drill rap etc because it makes you angry and blind to pain
2) music that you really get into the groove of, that you subjectively enjoy, whether it be jazz, Cuban salsa, opera, etc, basically music you get pleasure from, that makes you feel good, release...

I would suggest no music or no angry music.
At best something instrumental and chilled.
I find when handling heavier weights form needs to be really good and I need to focus.
Angry music helps me beast through and pleasurable music can make me distracted because I'm enjoying the song.
Also can become used to going for a PR's with certain songs.
if you're listening to music that makes you angry, then you really are getting into the groove and subjectively enjoying it. In other words, if 1 is true then also 2 is true.
that's my opinion on music tho it has nothing to do with your central question

Also OP. I have two friends, one very skinny and one fatty. Both quit gym because they were both paranoid that people kept looking at them. This is just you guys being too nervous. Most people at gyms only care about looking at themselves. Maybe you should too. Focus on your workout and everything will be fine.
