So I still lift, I still watch my diet, but I've completely dropped out of the dating game. Now I just hire top shelf escorts, pursue whatever interests me, party whenever, but I'm compleltely free of this urge to give a fuck about women. In fact whenever chicks come on to me, I kinda ignore them and go about my shit. My mind is clear, my lifts are skyrocketing, everything is on point lately.

See, when you have big amount of fat (25%+), little muscle, and you're new to any training, your body will obviously build muscle while wasting fat, since your lack of muscle is more important than your fat reserves.
However, this is only if you're new. If you're experienced lifter, you can only manage to not lose muscle while losing fat, and only if you keep lifting while cutting.

I can't read that spic language, but I see fruit, yogurt, and (honey covered?) oats. My daily breakfast is similar, except I get the ingredients separately and mix them myself. ~400 calories, 10g protein, and various vitamins as you would expect from dairy and fruit. OP's yogurt is processed, so probably does have much more sugar than what would be healthy.
