Would you take fitness advice from an Indian?
If I want my pecs to get bigger, do I lift heavy-low reps, or light-high reps? I've heard both and this question is specifically concerning muscle growth in the chest
>tssssst ahhhhh tssssssttt ahhhhhh tssssssst ahhhhh tssssssst ahh

Is NOFAP a meme? How do you guys stay strong?
I have absolutely 0 urge to wank unless I take adderall, then it's insufferable.
That's literally the only time I cave.

Nofap is a meme and this is now an alexa grasso thread
Memes aside, how bad is bacon?
Average is generally 2 meals a day because I'm not hungry.
Weekday Breakfast is generally peanut butter, banana, multigrain waffle sammich, and some oats.
Dinner is generally protein heavy, but it varies a lot. Tonight is pasta with ground turkey.
Weekend breakfast is almost always eggs and turkey bacon breakfast tacos.
I will generally eat something for lunch, but it's pretty light. Something like a chicken sandwich.
Dinner's don't change. Protein heavy. Last night...

bagel/ breakfast cereal in the morning with a fruit and coffee
sandwich/pre-made lunch meal/ with protein bar and fruit
what ever I feel like for dinner, as long as it's decently healthy
I'm 6'3, 180lb, and I almost always hit 2.5k-3k calories, and I lift so I don't really gain fat. I think if people were just more cognizant of what they we're eating they wouldn't really need to worry about eating "perfectly"
>If it tastes good, spit it out!
What is wrong with this guy? How many mental illnesses does he have?
>Scooby wants me to eat nothing but cod, brussel sprouts and rice
Does /fit/ train in any martial arts?
No, but I'd like to try it one of these days. I don't even really care about the self-defense aspect that a lot of people preach. I just want to see how difficult it actually is.
It's kinda like basic training. Back when those commercials trying to say "There's strong, then there's Army strong." I wouldn't join the military, but I'd like to try to pass their version of "strong".
>hey son you're getting pretty big
holy fuck these are addicting what does /fit/ think of these?
Who on /fit/ has the most vascular forearms?
Sorry permanently bulking fatfuck muh strength retards - you're disqualified and unimportant (lose some weight). Your arms look like flabby sacks of crap.
This thread is for the posting and discussion of various /fit/ related infographics, (recipes, guides to programs, etc.)
Post what you have, save what you don't.
