After 12 years of lifting trying dozens of different routines, listening to every argument and opinion and trying everything for myself. I have come to the following conclusions.
Best way to train = High frequency full body
Higher growth hormone release, = better gains, better muscle mass, more fat loss,
Fast strength gains
Great endurance builder.
BUT you probably won't get the ego lifts that powerlifters and weekend warriors look for.
Almost all powerlifters train some kind of full body. Sheiko is probably the best natty pl program and every day is a combo of bench/deads or squats, with other accessory. Regardless of the setup, it's generally accepted that splitting volume up over the course of a week i.e increasing frequency and allowing for greater recovery is superior to a typical body part split.

Liquid calories. 1 liter whole milk is like 630 calories. Drink that throughout your day and you're up to 2400 calories.
Fat is easy calories. Add more butter/oil to your food. Eat a couple of spoons of peanut butter and wash it down with the milk. Now you're almost at 2800 calories, easy.

i'm doing antraniks body weight program
and i've progressed from pull up negatives to regular pull ups the goal for regular pull ups is 3 sets of 8 reps

>second set i did 7
>third set i did 3
is this normal or am i not ready for this progression should i go back to pull up negatives?

I'm considering doing Muay Thai as cardio 2x a week, combined with lifting 4x a week during my lean bulk. Is this a viable strategy as long as I eat a fuckton (i.e. 3500+ kcal)?

If you're ottermode or higher and have abs you'll be "ripped" to normies. Benching (they don't care about anything else) 2 plates is extremely strong by their standards.
From my experience. If you're at a college gym or something then people will be more informed, but for the most part people with no interest in fitness have pretty low standards
I just found out that if you are healthy you are supposed to get morning erection every day. I get it like twice a month, despite doing 350 lbs deadlift and 200 lbs bench, being 12% bodyfat, eating correctly and taking vitamins. Anyone else with this problem?
