deadlift : 3x163kg
squat : 4x100kg
ohp : 5x50kg
bench : (i am working out at home so i don't have those that keep the barbell, so i only use dumbells) 8x33kg each dumbell (haven't tried max).
Is there is differnce in creatine quality ?
