Leg day thread.
Every time i do weighted dips i get immense pain im my sternum few hour later. Is this abnormal?
I've been training for 2 months.
Bench went from 50kg to 75kg
Squat went from 40kg to 80kg
OHP went from 30kg to 45kg, but I started doing it after a month.
Deadlift went from 60kg to 90kg. Probably could do 100kg, but I wanted to be safe.
Started at around 71.5kg, now I'm around 74.5kg.
All 10 reps. Is this a good progress?

I am consuming 30 whole eggs a day.
10 fried in a olive oil, 20 boiled in a water. Plus 1 liter of full homo-milk.
How soon I am going to die? I also take 30g of whey and 4g of creatine + multivit and omega-3 pills.

if you exclude carbs completely, you'll maybe lack energy, maybe you start smelling like ammonia from your body breaking apart the proteins instead of using carbs

This is how my chest looks. Is there any point in lifting? Besides that im ugly as shit, boring and poor. I wish I had at least 1 thing going for me, but nope. Hair is a mop of shit, teeth crooked, bad eyes, i have kyphosis and APT. Been lifting last 5 months. Seeing results making me depressed.

Take your time and don't expect wonders. You will need to eat more to get muscles. Many workout schemes are floating around. Succeeding without juice means to stay on the track for years.

What's /fit/'s opinion on elevation training masks? Do they actually do what they claim to do? I would like to be able to jog without breaking down like a beat-up pickup. I also do death metal vocals so the expanded lung capacity and diaphragm strength would be stanky.
