I would do meth every other weekend for 2 years. Im 2 weeks clean and just starting getting back in the gym lifting this week. I have 0 stamina now but I think Its going to be a long road. Has anyone else done this?

Its absolutely not going to be easy. There will be days when all you can think about is getting high. You will convince yourself life is pointless and no good without getting high.
The key is to find a way to pull yourself away from that mindset when it starts creeping in. The sooner you nip the urges in the bud, the easier it will be.
Do some serious soul searching and meticulously plan ways to avoid getting stuck in thinking about it. Find someone you can talk to at a moments notice who will help remind you all this if you need it.

Now a week from being a year clean of everything. Weigh 185 pretty cut up. Just go after the gym like you did drugs and go to na it will help I promise

Seriously though, when my cousin first started lifting, he was squatting 1 plate for 5x5 before he was able to even OHP the 20kg bar for 5x5. Some people just have insanely weak upper body vertical pressing strength.

I've been working out for a little over 2 years now and I STILL can't fucking bench 2 pl8 for reps. This fucking board has led me to believe you are supposed to reach 2pl8 within a fucking year of lifting.
I know I have shit genetics, herniated disks, minor scoliosis, one leg longer than the other etc... But my other lifts are not as shitty.
My one rep maxes for squat and OHP are 355 and 165 respectively. Its just my goddamn bench. I have a ton of willpower, I never miss a day at the gym but this is driving me crazy.

Well, form is obviously gonna be an issue, and there's nothing we can do without a video. Even with a video, we're not as good as working with someone IRL, so get some coaching IRL.

Nothing will "fix" the bone outside of major/painful surgery and treatment. I have it too and would recommend first try working out before going the surgical route. Alot of times it will improve drastically with just some chest development. I have it too and it sucks but its improving since i started lifting
don't listen to this dude. Either get the surgery now while you have as little muscle as possible or don't get it at all.

I was going atg on each rep, and now that I think about it, I probably should have rested longer between sets. After finishing I tried to walk to the trash can but I hurled everywhere

What muscles would you guys say I should focus on?
I was born with club feet and my calves are atrophied. Will I be able to put on some mass without them looking ridiculous? They won't grow much, they respond really poorly.
Also due to the feet I got knock knees, which start to worry me.
I think my pecs and core are probably the weakest apart from calves. My back is actually pretty strong and so are my arms, always been that way. I don't even lift but I've done swimming, martial arts, and have been training with bodyweight.

I've long felt that while there is probably SOME truth to the various "dietary boogeymen" being bad for you, e.g. sodium, saturated fat, GMOs, preservatives, etc., I think the negative effects of these things are exaggerated.
e.g. I wonder how bad saturated fat actually is for you, if, for example, you're at a caloric deficit. Wouldn't it all pretty much get burned as energy before it could collect in your arteries? (Total bro theory, I know.)

It's not bad at all. You're gonna get addicted and end up shelling a bunch of money on a dumb habit that you shouldn't have started though.
It'll stop even feeling good after a few weeks and you'll just be vaping to feel normal. I wouldn't start if I was you.

Which gym does /fa/ train at? Are expensive ones worth it? Do cheap ones suffice?
Any germanfags here that train at McFit? I'm moving soon and the city I'm moving to has one and I'm considering going there, mainly because they're open 24 hours a day and I sometimes have the urge to train very early in the morning or late at night. I've heard some bad things about it though, like people getting in fights, it being understaffed etc.
Old school gym on campus, it's free and the equipment hasn't changed since the 70's, it's got homemade racks, barbels and machines, pl8s are old Joe Weider branded casted weights, the dumbells are old and rusted too.
I've been to newer Gyms with a/c and fancy machines but the gains ain't the same.
