And this comes from mostly normies i know who never work out outside from the occasional gym visit. How the fuck do people find the energy to run 5 miles at 5 in the morning before the sun is even up?
Do you ease them down or drop them? Why?
If you drop, do you ever feel like a douche making all that noise in the gym?

Does it matter? You have no willpower. You'll just balloon up again once you reach 130 because you never learned nutrition or exercise. You'll reach your goal then stuff your face like you always have. Typical yo-yo dieter.

Say I'm buying used /fit/ gear for a home gym, what should I get?
here's what I already have:
2 - 25 Lb Dumbbells
2 - 30 Lb Dumbbells
2 - 50 Lb Dumbbells
4 - 25 Lb Plates
2 - 45 Lb Plates
I know that I have enough plates and dumbbells for now, I was considering picking up an olympic bar then building a bench.

Holy shit I just had a revelation guys. My whole life I've bought cheap electric razors from Ross and Walmart that never shaved close enough and left my beard all patchy. Just got me a Panasonic Arc3 and it blew my damn mind. Shaves close as fuck it looks like I used a normal disposable razor without the razor burn (I have sensitive skin). I promise i'm not affiliated my Panasonic razors, if you are an electric razor guy spend the $60+ and get a decent one god damn fellas. To keep it fitness related I can't believe Rich and Sara are no longer together :'(
i got one of those. actualy i've tried all the best electrics including a braun 9 and norelco 900 series. they all cause the worst fucking razor burn.
i also have a collection of safety razors. they'll cut you.
the best razor i have is the old gillette sensors. one cartridge lasts forever and you can find refills cheap. i pay no more than my safety razor.

I have to eat exactly that amount, and even by drinking half a liter of milk a day, 150 g of oats l, 2 scoops, peanut butter and loads of other shit I stay at 3000 or less.
I even hate eating peanut butter but I eat 2 table spoons of it because I wouldn't even reach 2800.
How do you do it brehs
