Fit I'm having a problem. I went to three doctors three months ago for yearly check ups. They all happen to fall around the same time. Last month I started feeling sick and got horrible headaches. I went to my gp twice, she then told me to go to my optometrist to get my eyes checked as a cause of headaches. He checked me and suggested I see a neurologist. I went today and the neurologist wants to do an MRI. i have good insurance but now I'm worried that I may be dropped because I've been to the doctors so many times recently. Any advice or experiences?

Been feeling kinda depressed, ie low energy, loss of interest in everything and sadness (been tearing up for no reason on the bus).
I was wondering how effective is St. John's Wort for treating depression? I used to take anti-depressants but I don't have any access to them any more.

pretty sure that shit is placebo. if you don't have anti-depressants then just meditate and try to work shit out. i know it sounds gay when i say meditate and i thought that too. i started doing that and i would just sit there for a while and i randomly started hearing voices in my head. shits weird breh. it gives you time to reflect though and that helped. it allowed me to put a bunch of stuff into perspective and it helped ease my anxiety/depression. yet again, that in itself could have just been placebo for me. find what works for you m8. depression is honestly a meme.
What motivates you /fit/? What pushes you when your mind is trying to run you for a loop and say "well, I think you deserve to rest/eat a treat now"?
I don't need motivation to lift weights; I love lifting weights, it's the only thing I do that makes me really happy.
As far as work and college go, I'm motivated by the fear of failure. I work hard because I know that if I fail at something the self-loathing won't dissipate.
Is this routine fine? I'm doing it because my gym buddy uses it and my main motivation for going to the gym is working out with him.
PS. sæt = set
Mandag = Monday
Tirsdag = Tuesday
Onsdag = Wednesday
After finishing Wednesday the routine starts over from Monday. We work all Monday to Friday without rest days inbetween.

Anyone else like working out high? A friend talked me into trying it last year, and I've stood by it ever since. I don't mean absolutely baked, but taking a few rips before going to the gym has made my workouts better and more efficient. I feel as if I can lift more, and I concentrate very well. Pumps also feel much better. Most people brush it off and say it's stupid, but don't knock it until you try it.
It depends on the strain you're smoking IMO. Here in Sweden it's pretty hard to get hold of a good sativa and most stuff is atleast 70% indica.
Still fun to workout with once in a while though, crazy mind-body connection during workouts while high in my experience.
What's your favorite workout strain? Thinking about importing a good sativa from somewhere within EU, probably Germany or something. Considering Jack Herer but I've also been wanting to try Durban Poision for a long time now, we'll see.
