Heres what Ive eaten today, and Im fucking full.
I cant believe Ive only eaten 1676 cals and 59g of protons.
Even If I eat a chicken breast later, it'll only add about 150 cals.
Also, milk isnt an option because it makes my sebhorric dermatitis even worse.

I always OHP in the squat rack, mainly 'cause I've always squatted right before it, and there's always one rack open.
I tried to OHP without a rack (and mirror) and overarched my back for the first time ever, almost snapped my shit up. Never again.

I counted them for a year, lost 40kg. Now i eyeball them most of the time. Just weight everything you eat and log it in mfp, takes like 20 minutes of your day at most and it's 100% worthed
eyeball them most of the time but it really doesn't matter if it's once in a while, the most important thing when cutting/bulking is consistency. If you fuck up one day don't get demoralized and quit, shit happens but consistency is key, eventually in 365 days if you fuck up a little 30 or 40 times it's not a big deal (unless you go out of your way and eat like 20k calories then yes it's a big deal)
Bench is above squat and getting on par with deadlift. OHP on par with squat. My triceps are insanely strong for no reason,

Going to the gym tomorrow for the very first time. I have always worked out at home but Dumbbells and running can only go so far. Is their anything I should know when being in a gym? Should I wipe the machines after use? How long can I be on one? Does the locker rooms have locks or do I need to bring my own? Is it ok to change infront of kid in the locker room? I don't want to expose myself to kids.

Your upper body will eventually even out, but good luck without the test boost from frequent Squats and DLs. There's a reason Arnold said Squats are the most important lift for bodybuilding.
