So this fatass was drafted into the NFL last night as the first pick.
I'm 6'2, 180 lbs and play quarterback for my highschool in Massachusetts. People always tell me that there is little hope for getting into the NFL but seeing how this guy got drafted FIRST PICK, makes me think that I have a pretty good chance of making it in at least the second round.
I have more muscle definition and actually have abs. And I'm pretty sure I have better cardio too. inb4 you're not as tall, he's only 2 inches taller than me and russel wilson is a manlet.
I have to take my Army fitness test tomorrow and I am pretty sure I am going to fail spectacularly.

I am seriously debating giving up lifting , shit may have just fucked up my livelihood
this is a result of
1. bad form
2. no stabilization exercises
3. improper warming up or none at all
4. improper stretching or none at all
5. being stupid and lifting weight you shouldnt
6. doing exercises incorrectly
if anyone of these fit the bill with you, you have no one to blame but yourself, dont blame 'lifting' and learn to do it right before you continue to

My father is in his 50's and he's in OK shape but he has this giant fucking ugly core. It's not really a round belly, but just a giant stomach mass. I make him run and eat less carbs. not sure what else to do

but all that depends on your outlook on things
nothing should be ''avoided'', you are allowed to eat anything you want, in moderate doses
just count calories and macronutrients
one piece of bread during meal won't really wreck you in any way
personally I find it easier if I don't ever eat sweets, chips and such shit, but that's your choice, if you can control yourself and control your caloric intake, eat whatever you want
I fucking followed the instructions in the sticky to gain muscle mass, i've been eating 18* 150 lbs than i currently have and all i fucking managed to do was to put fat on my stomach while my arms that i exercised are still fucking skinny and now i'm stuck at being skinny fat.
