I've spent the last year lifting weights on a long steel rod, so all my weights have a 1" hole, now I've got an actual standard barbell but it has a capacity of only 300lbs and my DL is almost there, and I don't want to get an olympic bar because I'm poor and don't want to have to buy 2" weights. Is the weight capacity the amount it can handle before it breaks or before it bends?

It's tough, like really tough. Not saying it's not fun, but it's hard to wanna do cross country skiing when you can do downhill which is way less strenuous and way more fun. And downhill is still a lot of hard work, but you don't notice how hard you're working as much.
the goat cardio is running, hands down. anyone who shits on running hasn't experienced a true runner's high. fuck i doubt they've even ran a mile in under 10 minutes.
running is so fuckin simple and you can do it at pretty much anytime of the day, with minimal equipment.

My least favorite are squats. My favorite is deadlifts. Squats are painful and bring no gratification after doing it. Deadlifts are not very painful and give off a sense of accomplishment after.
