Has /fit/ ever been in a fight? i got in a brawl at my local bar 2 nights ago, was prettty crazy.
share your stories fit
I got in a fight with this little bitch, I didn't feel like using my hands because I like my aesthetics of my hands, so I just started head butting the dude over and over, I felt like fucking iron man.
What kind of third world shithole do you have to live in where adults still get into physical violence with each other? I don't think I've ever actually seen a fight in real life, just on LiveLeak.
I met this girl in one of my classes in the last semester of my school. She is & was engaged to her boyfriend of 4 years (pic related & those arent their kids). She would always get drunk and come over after he went to bed and she'd be all over me. We ended up fooling around a bit and eventually had sex before I graduated and moved away. Once I moved she decided to stop talking to me, but I creep her instagram and theres some other gymbro that shes in a bunch of pictures with. I dont have any evidence that she is hooking up with him but I know how she...

Forget about her and move on. If you keep creeping her and thinking about her you will get feelings for her. Move on and don't talk to her, don't go and ruin 2 peoples lives cause your jealous.
Keep lifting and you will inherit the world.
Summer is right around the corner.
Youre not still bulking are you?

Please tell me your thoughts on my new routine. I'm starting it tomorrow and need a little feedback. Maybe ask some questions?
i'm quitting SL and building a routine and frankly i have no business in building my own routine.
since i can't do some compound lifts (squats and deadlifts), should i do a split rather than a full-body routine? to ensure that i hit all that not squatting and deadlifting misses?
Daily reminder that if you don't know how to fight your muscles mean nothing.
What, are you training your chin muscles? Get real.
Lol, enjoy your ka-ra-té lessons faggot. I grew up in a family of 4 brothers. We fought daily loser, I'd beat you any day of the week OP and no martial arts are gonna change 20 years of fighting training

Haven't seen this up for a while, lets start with the principles of Stoicism
any tips on eating when at uni?
im at a small uni and a meal plan is mandatory for people living on campus, but the food is mostly shit. They'll serve up some tasty lemon cod, but that's like a once in a two week period sorta thing. The salad bar is just stale/old lettuce variants with some more stale carrots/cucumbers etc.
Granted next semester I'll live in one of the apartment-like dorms with full kitchen amenities
tl;dr how did you eat healthy when at uni?
A lot of CBT pictures show you posing in front of your bathroom mirror with your sink visible, and I can see you deodorant, soap, creams and lotions, perfume, toothbrush and hair comb but I've noticed something VERY IMPORTANT is missing from every /fit/izen's hygiene kit.
Can you guess what is it?
That's right anon. You just earned yourself 10 Good Boy Points.
It saddens me to see so many young guys taking care of their bodies but neglecting their oral health. I can't stress enough hos important flossing is.
By flossing daily, you help remove plaque from the areas between your teeth where the toothbrush can't reach. This is important because plaque that is not removed by brushing and flossing can eventually harden into calculus or tartar.
If you find holding the floss...

/fit/ post what you believe to be the ideal female physique
>curvy, skinny, built, jacked, etc whatever
>not striving for a gf that looks like rachel bilson
>guaranteed not to become a jedi and have little skywalkers
why do girls try to fit in with 2chin.
bros where else can we go?
>yfw this is what will happen if you actually do SS like it's intended
Is this achievable natty?

Come on /fit. Post your protein powers currently in use and whether you'd use them again.
I'm currently using:
MP Impact whey protein - rocky road - cheap and decent, but my god I wont get at least this flavour again, the taste of sweetener is far too strong.
MP Recovery Evo - strawberry and apple- Great tasting drink, does the job, relatively cheap. 8/8 would drink again.
MyProtein have really fucked up recently with the amount of sweetener they use in a lot of that stuff. Got cookies and cream and it gave me a headache. Think ill stick with chocolate.
Autistic reasons why you started lifting
I wanted to be big and strong like
>tfw only 6'
I too started lifting because I was inspired by the Spartans from Halo. Especially with the new Spartan IVs, I feel like if I train hard enough, I too can attain Spartan-mode.
>Tfw only 5'9"
>Tfw starting out hungry skeleton
>Tfw I will never get access to super space steroids and Mjolnir armor to triple my strength
>Tfw I will never be a hero
/fit/ approved animes?
started watching hajime no ippo last week. Already 20 episodes in, really helped kick me out of my winter funk and got me back into the gym
Some of my favorite animes are G gundam, Ruroni kenshin, yuyu hakusho, and DBZ
Currently ~60 episodes in on Fist of the North Star. Fucking loving it. Will give hajime no ippo a shot afterwards
I go to a catholic university and the gym is closed for the next week over Easter break - does anyone know of any at least somewhat solid bodyweight routines that can replace lifting for a week?
Tips on form, best times, general discussion.
Where do you find good running programmes /fit/? I want to be able to run a mile and a half in under 10 minutes (currently at around 12, 11 if I run myself to near death) but most of what I see online are dubious menshealth magazine type programmes, I'm having difficulty finding a site or forum I can trust.
Am I going to have to go with the SS of running, C25K, or is there a decent proven routine for shorter runs?
I have a slower pace at about 8 min/mi. I don't sprint because it always messes up my calf so I stick with longer distance 5-7 miles and every once in a while a half marathon.
