Dont' care about his fighting skill but he was dedicated in his workouts, ate and lived clean and managed to balance everything with a good career and family. Anyone who could work out 16 hours a day and still do all that is my hero.

Lunch and breakfast. Sometimes dinner, but I go to my parents' house for dinner 3 or more evenings a week. They're pretty healthy, and if the meal doesn't fit my diet I usually just eat a small portion while visiting with them, thank my mother for the delicious food and enjoy my time with them, then eat a little more when I get home.

You are better off changing up your running routine.
One week do 15 minutes every day, the next week do an hour once. the next week work on running as fast as possible. like do a mile every day and cut a few seconds every day. The following week work on distance, add an extra half kilometer every day.
The following week do a 10k. The following week do 3 5ks
