What's your favorite meal of the day and what time do you go to gym?
I go to gym early in the morning (around 7am) and of course my fav meal is breakfast. Today I had a banana before gym and when I came back had:
coffee with oats drink
two pieces of toast with whole oats bread. One with scrambled eggs, garlic, pepper and some cottage cheese on top. Another with penaut butter.
Also some jamón slices.
Breakfast, because I usually have the same meal already prepped for lunch and tea 5x a week, vary on weekends and change the meal each week. So for breakfast I can actually have some variety. Had oat+egg pancakes with honey today, really nice.

Fry or baked?
How do I pan fry my diced breast and keep flavour and moisture?
I throw it in a crock pot, cook it for 8 1/2 hours, and take it out.
I prefer my chicken breast to be dry and flavorless; if anyone has advice on the best way to dry chicken breast, that would be nice.
Dump a shit ton of breasts into my crock pot, douse in Siracha Chil sauce or Salsa, add chopped onions, mushrooms, garlic, peppers, broccoli, any other misc veggies, spices of choice into a crock pot, leave overnight, remove delicious, amazing, moist, flavour soaked chickenz in the morning, fill rest of crock pot with water/ extra veg/spices/tuna/beanz, extract full crockpot of delicious liquidz later for soup/chili. FUCK!

When i was in 12th grade I had two weight training periods and an JRTOC class, worked my ass off every day but I was overtraining.
after I graduated ( insert first gf ) I could of funneled my progress into some real gains but I fell off and only exercised on and off for a year and some months stopped completely.
Ive been hitting the gym every week day for the last two months , eating better and looking forward to the rest of my life being fit and strong .

To be fair I fucking hate it when people talk to me at the gym and I have a dick. So I don't think she's creeped out, but just some degree of bitter/antisocial at the gym.

I have a friend who knows his shit (apparently) and he works out full body every day. He's not on gear, and believe it or not, he got huge over the summer following this routine of his.
Im a beginner and I started doing full body every day and rest on the weekends, and i've seen amazing gains while bulking.

You're trying something new, outside of the crab bucket (is that the term?) mentality you see on our autistic polish guerilla tactic comparison board this is considered a good thing. Tell us how it goes in a few months, take before pictures
Fullbody 5 days a week can work well. I've done it myself occassionally. You do need to be clever about it though. If you like to go really heavy every time, it's easy to run yourself into the ground once you've built up to lifting big boy weights.
