Saying that you've got a "home gym" just because you happen to own workout equipment that happens to reside inside your home is a quick way to signal to everyone that you're never going to make it.
It's the equivalent of saying that you've got a home restaurant because you've got a kitchen or an indoor heated swimming pool because you've got a tub in your bathroom.

You have to READ the STICKY just like the rest of us, research all sorts of shit related to your goal, wolfram nutrition info figure out your TDEE etc. Going to the gym is 25% the equation the rest is proper diet. Man, I use the little shower stalls in my gym not because I'm insecure about my dick. Everytime you eat you're causing your test levels to plummet. That is why when you wake up you have morning wood because test is highest in the morning when you haven't eaten for many hours.
Intermittent fasting means restricting your calorie intake to a feeding window of a couple hours. This way you have optimal test throughout the day and consistent IFing will raise your base test levels.
