Whoooooooaaaaa 6000 is serious overkill unless youre literally 6'10"+. It takes time to bulk up man, give it at least a month before you see anything significant. 2500-3000 should be enough man! Damn kids...

Milk is okay if you REALLY need to bulk.
Just use MyFitnessPal and do a common sense version of IIFYM. For example, don't get all your goddamn carbs from sugar.

Try some Mongolian barbell chest flys and combine it with a Bulgarian overhead squat press which is great kind of complex movement which works your whole body in one exercise, great if you dont have a lot of time.
>lay flat on your back on a flat bench
>arms out like a cross with dumbbells in your hands
>then proceed to do curls bringing the biceps to your chest
Do 8 sets, 6 reps each. This is how you get that peak.
