Idk my body fat but I imagine it's low.
My body fucking SUCKS.
My body shape is extremely feminine. My upper body is slim and narrow and my hips, backside and thighs are big, flabby and jiggly.
It has gotten to the stage where it's depressing. Before you say exercise, I tried exercise, it just added muscle to my lower body and made them bigger.
I starved myself for two weeks, got down to 50kg and although my body got smaller, my ass, thighs and hips stayed wide and disproportionately large.
It's gotten to the stage that I really am just going to get liposuction.
Has anyone had this problem and how did you get rid?
I repeat, building muscle will not solve my problem.
Cycling, swimming. Not intense. Yoga to tone up. VERY light cardio.

Every exercise in starting strength is going to increase the load on your upper body. The younger you are the more effect this is going to have up there. Your shoulders and torso will become bigger to take the increased load. So your hips won't shrink but will become smaller relative to your chest and shoulders.

Lifting will help you, itll give you confidence and a good core with wide shoulders which will make you look good with or without clothes, please don't pussy out with surgery

It wouldn't take three years to balance your physique, OP. I understand your concerns and your desire to straighten out your appearance promptly but you need to understand that some people can't help how their body fat is distributed. Sure, you could go ahead and eat at a caloric deficit and target your butt with body weight exercises, but spot fat reduction isn't possible. You'll have a smaller butt, but you may have to lower your BF% massively before you're happy with your figure. I've got a big ass. I tried running and dieting and yoga and calisthenics for years to little effect. Only when I began lifting along with other exercises did I notice my butt looking nicer and suiting my body better.
The fastest, easiest, and most rewarding way to improve your appearance and shape is lifting weights and doing interval cardio. daily body weight exercises too. Sorry if that's not the answer you want to hear

Going from 130 lbs to 180 took me less than 1 year and a half, also I'm from a third world country and it wasn't as easy for me as its going to be for you, I once went to the states to visit my family and went from 150 to 170 in about a month. I did even out my upper body but I also work legs, trust me Op of you gain 30 pounds of muscle at low bf you'll look shredded

There are a host of factors that affect fat distribution, primarily alpha/beta cell distribution and blood circulation. Hormones do have a role in it, but the OP would have incredibly low levels of DHT for that to be noticeable.

Trying to lose fat in that area naturally never worked. I was literally underweight with easily visible ribs at one stage but my behind was still so large it jiggled. I'm not sure what you're meant to do when you're unhealthly skinny but certain areas still have excess fat, but taking the drugs definitely worked. I'd recommend that. You're more likely to have Down's than you are to have Klinefelter. Plus people with Klinefelter have such an abnormal body in adolescence, mainly due to the fact that they don't go through puberty, that in the western world you would be diagnosed before you reached adulthood. You have fat in feminine areas because you are hormonally imbalanced. Getting liposuction is a temporary solution to this problem. Unless you fix the issue, the feminine proportions will just keep coming back. I'd recommend you start taking an aromatase inhibitor and start trying to boost your testosterone, either artificially or naturally.
