Guys im looking for a recipe with chicken that is perfect for bulking. I currently eat about 400g of chicken with potato wedges and vegetables and cream sauce, but I was wondering if anyone knows a good recipe with a sauce I can make from peanut butter.
Anon, Why would you avoid sauces/seasonings if you're trying to eat at a surplus? Wouldn't too big of a surplus make you fat as opposed to a small surplus to gain musclemass and minimal fat?
