Training for strength (candito 6 weeks program)
2 years doing a split and bodyweight training, no real diet or anything I was still quite skelly after those 2 years and had chicken legs. Started strength training and Powerlifting 1 year ago and have been eating like a troll for 10-11 months

Former powerlifter, just realised the error of my ways and started a hypertrophy routine.
They're in Kg incase you're americuck and didn't notice the Kg, and maxes are from the peak of my SL training (left pic) which I finished about a month ago. I can still lift these weights but not always for sets/reps of 3/5

I do a variation of my powerlifting training, which used to be ultra high frequency. So now it's basically 4x6-12 work in the squat/bench/deadlift+accessory every day. Gained pretty good in the last weeks.
I'll try not to... I would be ashamed to post my 230 deadlift though... Speed of the floor is insane but the lockout is hard as fuck and my back looks disgusting... And I know that a rounded back sumo is not at all optimal on a biomechanical point of views but it's what works for me...
During the next few weeks, I'll only pull conventional and with a straight back (struggled to pull 8x160 this way yesterday) and I replace my low barre squat by front squat

I'm OP and I do a strength routine... It works pretty well with hypertrophy as you can see... I would always suggest compounds rather than isolation and full body rather than split, so yeah, continue with SL (even on a cut)

Candito 6 weeks periodization program is the best routine for an intermediate natural lifter for me... I started with madcow 5x5 though and made really good gains (squats and deadlift particularly)
Stop being a moron, powerlifting is god tier muscle development. These brosplit shits are just less efficient routines. Your looks depend way more on what you eat (bf% and skin etc).

Seems like this bulk turned me into a dinosaur, can barely curl a 40, but can squat and dead 3 plates for reps.
