just started an ecy stack. y in the morning, ec in the afternoon and early evening.
down from 192 to 178 in about three months with lifting and cardio. about 1lb per week. eating 1800 kcal per day

About to begin first cut ever tomorrow. Already went through meal prep for week one. Now I need to fix my stack. Creatine for cutting: y/n? In general, what are the top tier supplements for cutting?
I used to be fat during my entire childhood. two years ago I dropped 30 kilos and put on a decent amout of muscle, but there is this layer of really soft and jello-y fat that absolutely refuses to go away no matter how fucking hard I try. I got so pissed off to a point where I stopped lifting completely for 3 months
what the fuck do I do with this fucking shit nigger cunt layer of fucking fat, guise? I've triet fasting, low carb diet, a fuck ton of cardio, fucking starving myself to a point where I was visibly losing muscle mass and looking like a junkie and the fucking layer of fat was fucking still there.
started lifting last week again and I'm just trying to ignore it completely and eat at maintenance and lift like I do normally

yeah I always end up getting more and more frustrated and make the diet more and more extreme gradually when I don't see the results. it's mostly because I feel like I'm wasting my workout sessions and not getting gains because of the cutting
Yohimbine is less effective the fatter you are.
Take it fasted and do light-mid cardio 30m after the dosage.
Ephedrine is just a stim that suppresses appetite and give you about a 5-10% metabolic boost.
Well I went all through examine.com and besides creatine it seemed to be the only supplement with numerous scientific studies endorsing its use to aid in strength training. Also the powder tastes semi pleasant.

I've just been eating at a 500 calorie deficit and I've been losing fat steady, about a lb or 2 a week.
I'm at uni so it's usually
>4 scoops of whey throughout day
>Cup of scrambled eggs, half a bagel, and fruit for breakfast
>Lean meat and veggies at caf for lunch and dinner
>Grilled chicken sandwhich from on-campus restaurant right before I go to bed at around 11pm.
All adds up to about 2500 calories. Pretty much the same as my bulk, subtracting 900 calories a day of white rice I made in my dorm.
No supps besides whey, not even caffeine.
i do 2 refeeds one on monday and the other on friday since i eat like 60g more of carbs but i lower my protein and fat intake so that calories stay the same
Tell me /fit/ how much am i fucking up?
Should I add back exercise calories back into my daily budget or nah?
Without doing so I'm around a 1000 calorie deficit everyday which I feel isn't sustainable long-term but I still feel alright. Should I eat back the extra calories expended or nah?

I wouldnt reccomend doing a 1000 calorie cut.
At that point you're gonna lose a lot of energy and not be able to work out properly, get horrible sugar cravings and end up binging because you're literally starving your body, not be able to get your daily macros in (unless your maintinence is like 3.5k calories), feel groggy and grumpy all day, fuck up your hormones,lose muscle mass etc.
Everybody tries that shit when they first start out

and find out it isnt sustainable when they end up eating a whole cake three days into thier cut.
Its like trying to cook a whole chicken by turning your oven up to 450 degrees celsius and think it'll cook three times as quick. It doesnt work like that.

Also how do you guys handle getting candy around holidays? Ive got a bucket of assorted easter candy and i feel it would be rude not to eat it but i don't want to eat it. I know that sounds silly but i just some other opinions here

Creatine is good. Top tier supps for cutting are caffeine/ephedrine ("EC stack") and yohimibine
Depends on your sensitivity to it, I take EC at 8am and noon and actually feel more tired in the evenings because its all out of my system. If I took it at 4pm I probably wouldn't sleep til 2am
If you live at home, give it to your family. If you are in college just leave it in a common area in your dorm/apartment

I will literally never understand how people complain about hunger. Hunger is the easiest thing in the world to tolerate. Low blood sugar sucks though because you're really weak and tired.
well m8 an extreme diet actually causes your body to retain fat, like a survival mode sort of thing, as well as lowering your metabolism so its really the worst thing you can do.

I just started cutting and went from 98.4kg to 96.kg. I'm doing an under 2000cal diet and also cardio 4 times a week and gym 2 times a week. Is it possible to keep this progress or will I keep losing less and less.

You should work out everything.
When cutting your body goes into shock.
Your starving it.
It needs to metabolise energy from your body now.
The less you use your muscles the more likely your body will be to break down muscle to use as energy.
If you're continously putting in work in the gym and tearing up your muscles your body will realize that for some godforsaken reason you still need the muscles during this trying period.
This is my broscience but I confident I'm correct.
