There is no "healthiest food". You need to meet your daily macro needs. Which is 1.6g of Protein per kg of bodyweight, 5g of CHO per kg of bodyweight 0.5g of fats per kg of bodyweight(actually %20 of your daily calories but I know you won't count these else you would have read the sticky.)
Best way to achieve the balance of macros is to eat these:
Flax Oil if your fat intake is insufficient.
Bananas if your CHO intake is insuffficient.
Take vitamin pills and fish oil pills.
