is there a /fit/ approved aesthetic routine to do after SS?
Dont listen to this guy, Madcow himself says that his routine is NOT for aesthetics, he recommends you do HST if you wanna look good.

he clearly stated he is not a beginner, he wants a routine to go to after SS which most people run until the literally can not progress any further (most people this is 6-12 months). and DC obviously isn't ideal I was just providing info, as I wrote out in my post he should go with HST, but many newcomers and intermediates chose to think they know better and need more.
I mean honestly DL and Squat are enough for legs in most people, I would try out on of the recommended leg days and see if you are able to comfortably continue with your every day life ontop of it, if it feels too much scale it back.
serious answer, there's no such thing as an "aesthetics routine", any routine that bills itself as one is pure broscience.
after SS you either go on to Texas Method, or possibly the Practical Programming Advanced Novice routine
