Lying tricep extension
The tricep connects to the elbow/forearm and the shoulder. It moves the entire arm by connecting to the shoulder, and can move the forearm through the elbow.
So it is good to exercise both of these. The lying tricep extension is similar to a skull-crusher but it goes over your head and below. It is performed on a bench with a bent bar or EZ curl bar.
I do it 3 x 10. It was called the 4th powerlift. It is really important and I always get sore triceps from doing these. 3 x 10 is just what I do.

Not that anon, but I had the same problem until I incorporated close grip bench press into my routine. It was either that or doing cable extensions with a straight bar and trying to bend the bar in half (external rotation) at the bottom of the movement. Pretty sure it was the CGBP though.
