New CBT, old one has reached it's expiration date
Post, critique/rate, no bully pls
goal body imo, just gotta cut a bit more
5'11 down to 73kg from 83kg
I could squat more but I havent maxed in a while
mirin my low bar callus
Basically if I don't have a pump I feel small, pic in OP is literally just from waking up (dat der natural morning light)
179cm and I do ABCABCx atm but have also done SL5x5 and Upper/lower split
From 204 to around 191. Been cutting about two months, 7-8 months training. 6 feet (183) tall. how long till visible abs? I mean ideal weight
I'm just trying to e strong dude, bear mode is a goal of mine later on though. It's literally hard for me to be any fatter than this, I'm always relatively lean. I started full skelly, 155lbs at the same height
you bulked too hard dude. lots of pounds until visible abs and even then you didn't build a good enough foundation of strength (i'm guessing)
maybe 20 more pounds, but then you'll lose all your gains
Ive always been fat, ive never been this "lean". Just thinking that could I look atleast decent in few months. But im planning to cut until im very lean and then bulk up to maybe 15% and cut again. Ill never want to look like this again.
Left is just before 1st day of gym, and right is at the end of a 12 week challenge I did with a bro (I had nearly no leg gains though, I fixed that with SL)
Trying to escape DYEL, but feels like I just get fatter.
Lost 50 from 127, not sure what i can do to fill up the loose skin.
Can i get a bf estimate?
It's funny because by gear user standards I'm fat. Half the point of the stuff is getting to stay lean while making gains.
I don't think its acne ever since I started ECA I've been getting those thick hives anywhere where I sweat. I tried seeing if they were pimples by breaking it with a needle but it just bled, no puss. I think I'm allergic to ephedrine
Lift, m8. That's all you need to know. If you don't start lifting you better stop there because you're not going to look better losing more than that without some muscle underneath.
routine is a fullbody HST, lots of compounds. It does change depending on injuries and so on.
Been lifting for 5 years or so, I was not a complete skeleton but definitely dyel.
I hope I dont have his genetics to die in a sauna
Common salt is a mineral composed primarily of sodium chloride (NaCl), a chemical compound belonging to the larger class of salts; salt in its natural form as a crystalline mineral is known as rock salt or halite. Salt is present in vast quantities in the seawater, where it is the main mineral constituent; the open ocean has about 35 grams (1.2 oz) of solids per litre, a salinity of 3.5%. Salt is essential for animal life, and saltiness is one of the basic human tastes. The tissues of animals contain larger quantities of salt than do plant tissues; therefore the typical diets of nomads who subsist on their flocks and herds require little or no added salt, whereas cereal-based diets require supplementation. Salt is one of the oldest and most ubiquitous of food seasonings, and salting is an important method of food preservation.
Can I get a bf%? How many pounds you guys thinks until I can see my abs?
I dont have a problem with gear, if any it is the uninformed people using it without or with bad results. I mean it is your life and there are way more harmful things to do besides working out.
If anything it creates more of a barrier for woman, with just a pretty face woman were easier to get. You do get mired a lot which can be fun.
Used to be 300 pounds. Am I going to make it brahs?
BF estimate pl0x (Based on waist measurement I got 17)
Down from 289
In this pic I am 193
6'1, about 80-84 Kg's. Currently bulking, and hoping to exit dyel mode. This is unflexed.
Thoughts? Rate? How do I look in relation to normalfags?
>Also, babby's first cbt, so I dunno what to expect
I like those small black sand beaches quite alot more than those popular beach miles
It's called Max's muscle-up challenge

>pic related, just taken
Looking good btw, am mirin those dubs too
Eating in a CBT? What did you expect?
And I see.
So, since you two are the only ones responding, I guess I should ask you. Should I keep bulking until I have some muscle mass? Or cut now, and build muscle later?
I've been making improvements in my lifts but I feel fatter not more muscular :(
Happens to me aswell. These threads always have me baffled about how skeletons put on 15-20 kg in 3 months and have ZERO fait gains on their bellies.
Everyone here is either a lying shit or a muscle magician.
No one knows suffering like us Skinnyfats
They don't. Unless they're coming from extremely low bodyweight to height ratio and just them gaining 15kg brings them to a normal BMI with just mostly gains in water and fat with the normal amount of natty muscle gains which would be able 3-5kg in that first 3 months at the very most.
I think a lot of the time they lift on and off with shit dedication, or no real routine for a couple of months, then they start "lifting" (doing it properly). 3 months really means "I did 3 months of proper lifting after 8 months of making slow but steady gains".
Really annoying when people do that in CBT's, but hey, what can ya do?
About 2 weeks into SS and had to push my B day back one day until tomorrow bc my glutes, lower back, and hamstrings are mad tight and sore
Is this a big deal? Am I going to make it?
6' 180lbs btw
>10 weeks apart, from 72 to 82kgs
Fuaaarrkkkk this is one of the best CBTs yet. All of yall are looking really good
And people say /fit/ doesn't lift, HA!
23 years old
Yes I am actually that tall and I'm actually that weight, lifting 13 years (thanks dad)
this is my hair when im actually trying.
fags you're supposed to critique my flabby body not my hair
18 yo, 5'10 and 161lbs no bully pls
Also any advice to reduce gyno?
Was 210lbs, 5 foot 6, 8 months ago.
157 lbs currently (pic), lifting 5 months. 235 bench.
How am I doing?
Thanks anon, I'll stick at it then. It was much worse before I started working out so my idea was to keep working on it. Should i go for heavy weights and low reps or low weights and lots of reps?
It's up to you.
Personally i prefer, high reps and low weight.
- 4x10 DB Chest Press
- 4xF Chest Dips
- 4x12 DB Flyes
Or something like that. Just do your own stuff and see how you respond. There is more than one way.
Currently going through my first "real" bulk
Mirin, OP. Looking great.
Been doing Candito for 7 weeks now. Any advice is welcome.
>be me with my shitty gains
>trying to escape dyel mode
You're right, my left pec is weaker because of a shoulder injury. I'm slowly working it up with dumbbells. The insertions are also a bit weird on the left. I should probably go to physio.
As for the traps, I have to pull my shoulders back to keep my back straight, so they look smaller. But yeah, they could probably use some work, too.
Yes if you build strength you will build muscle.
there are some situations where you might gain size without equal gain in strength and vice versa
But especially as a beginner you will get both
>tfw squats and diddlys are so much harder because of height
>tfw still love pendlays more than any other lift
5'10" 19 yo 135lbs
I've been doing SS and accessories for about 8 weeks now. Im skelly as fuck and hate it. I look better than 8 weeks ago though.
My lifts fucking suck but they have all gone up at least 30 lbs. Also I'm afraid of snapping my shit up with DL
>not going confucius mode
189cm, went from 55,5 kg to 60,6 kg in about 1 year (inconsistent training)
Recovering skelly here.
65kg for 8 reps, but cant do 3 full sets yet
Dont reall max out, I have been doing sets with 50kg lately
Id like to escape dyeland until 2016 and hit 2pl8 bench, is it possible?
You have enough muscle mass right now to support significantly higher lifts than you have right now, just push yourself. 2 plate bench at 160 lbs isn't crazy by all means, by 2016 you'll probably be at least 170 so you had better have it by then.
In fact by 2016 you ought to be at a 1000 lb total considering your bodyweight.
3.5 plate squat, 4 plate deadlift, 2 plate bench. Those are your magic numbers. Go for it, you'll be a strong guy then
>tfw I've been hovering over the Post button for like 15m now
>moved out of my parents' an year and a half ago at 124kg, High Flablord of House Fatass
>currently 88kg, doing boxing 4 times a week
>feeling better than I have ever before in my life
I guess now would be a good time to start getting some actual gains, right?
5'10" 193ish, cutting. still some midsection fat to power through, but it'll go. still gotta work on chest, lats, hams, and traps (in that order)
transitional skeletal working at it
6'6" - 163lb last august, 191lb today
198cm - 74kg to 86.6kg
thanks. no joke on the chest, it's improving, but you should have seen it before I upped my chest workout volume.
back shot, as requested. it's a few days old, but current enough.
Looking pretty thick, good to see fellow 5'10 bros getting into the 190s and up, man. I quit for over a year and am down to fucking baby 160 but while getting to 170 was easy as fuck every pound after that took some solid work. Was only hitting 180 if I weighed myself after a giant meal.
I don't know about limits, used to have a 5'9 buddy that was around 220 with visible abs but it was mostly because the dude was an animal when it came to legs and had a pretty giant back. He could have been juicin' but he would have had to be doing some stealth pinning and really been on the DL about it which I doubt.
BP 100x4 kgs
Do I have any muscles for cut?
Yeah, dude might just be an exception though, his nuts were bull sized and was 180lbs with the skinniest upper body of all times before he touched a weight. Also had the only 9 inch dick I've seen in real life (no homo).
Still the point is you just never fucking know what kind of weight you can get up to.
Got the same phone, good choice.
Looking pretty good bro, bit of a fatass myself, and when my cut is done and I've put on a bit of muscle (biceps are like knots in cotton), if I look as good as you look there, I'll be really happy, no joke.
Having said that, you could get more chest + abs going on, can't see legs to comment.
TL;DR - pretty good.
Around 12,5% BF.
Pretty carb depleted bro, its piss.
Gonna bulk up and then cut down again.
Gonna take about 15 years but it'll be so sickening, absolutely revolting.
I'd be so much better if I would stop drinking and getting shitty tattoos.
Fellow 5'10 135 clocking in
This is you in two years if you don't eat and occasionally lift
Cutting was going pretty well, but now im gonna go throught 3day cheat-weekends, for the whole month :/
5'7", 141 lbs
285x5 squat pr (today)
345x5 deadlift (Monday)
Dat pissening progress. Stick with it brahs.
In the next couple of years I want to wind up at a lean 160 lbs.
That weight is where I then want to hit a 1300 lb powerlifting total, 49 second 400m dash, 11.0 second 100m dash and finally 3+ foot standing vertical leap
You're fairly high bodyfat, I'm the other 141 guy btw.
If we're at the same height/weight you're several percent higher of fat, so I'd go ahead and cut to 12% or so if I were you.
I'm cutting down to the low 130s now probably, which will get me under 10%. I just want to get down to a low fat percent for the first time, to kind of start from a clean slate on bulking
