Where is your tongue idly at, A or B?
Just learned where its supposed to be and it makes a huge difference in regards to facials aesthetics.
you're not "doing it" that's literally the way nature intended your tongue to be, you're constantly swallowing small amounts of saliva, you can't do that with a weird air bubble in your mouth
>not having air in your mouth
>I hate it when my boyfriend tries to shove his tongue in my dickhole, don't do that shit it isn't hot.
fuck you that shit is way hot.
as someone who has both done it and had it done, it's da bess.
I've really been working on my facial aesthetics recently.
You need have your tongue pressed against the roof of your mouth and your front teeth aligned. Keep your jaw closed and slightly clenched. Think about it all the time. If you taste air in your mouth, reset. If you notice your tongue moving around, reset. When you're talking with a qt, make sure to reset.
It has helped me.
Ive been doing this for a while now but ive come across a few problems.
How do i keep the back of my tongue on the roof of my mouth, i know how to do it, but everytime i do i am unable to breathe.
Also how do i know im doing this when im sleeping?
I dont know.
ive just been following this guys advice and even in the comments he says if your unable to breathe it means your on the right track
not him but you're a retard
there is a difference between keeping your tongue on the roof of your mouth, and keeping the back of your tongue there too - at no point does indicating this mean he can't breath through his nose.
>I can't breathe
>at no point does indicating this mean he can't breath through his nose.
You're real smart, buddy.
Also if you're so stupid that you're trying to choke yourself when following directions on how to keep your tongue in it's natural position then there's very little that can be done for you short of euthanasia. I repeat, breathe through your nose. If you find yourself unable to breathe then stop blocking your air passages like some sort of erotic auto-asphyxiation aficionado.
When you're asleep, you're asleep. The idea would be that over time it would correct itself and become the natural position as it should be. It works mostly on kids who are starting to exhibit the wrong behavior. On adults it's much more difficult to correct. Do what you can.
About the jaw thing, I kinda cannot do this
I can only have my front teeth touching (bottom incisors touching the back of front teeth) or the sides clenched, not both at once
Front teeth touching definitely looks more aesthetic in the mirror and that's how it got due to my braces, so I guess it was a conscious effort by the lady who did my teeth. It also feels more natural.
How should it be, anon?
If you're 18 like you should be, and you're already a slack jawed faggot I'm afraid it's too late. You missed the window of proper bone development and will never have a good jaw line. Best bet is to become a trap.
I don't really give much of a shit about jawline, cause I have a strong jaw already, but I enjoy this a lot. Opens up breathing through the nose. I feel like I've been missing something for the past 19 years of my life.
>tfw I can't have my front teeth aligned and have my back teeth touch at the same time
when I put my tongue on the roof it blocks my airway, so the tip is always resting behind my lower incisors. because I had to move my tongue forward and out my airway
does anyone else do this?
It's more about forming the habit. As you get to a lower bf% it'll look better.
Once the habit is formed, you can move onto the next step:
Suck your cheeks in a little. If your jaw is closed, you won't get the fish-face. It takes lots of practice in the mirror to know the right way to do it. It's different for everyone.
Well, i was a mouh breather for most of my life until like 20 when i found out i had an underbite ( my front teeth were directly alligned). I went to some orthos and most of them told me I'd need braces and surgery but one told me I'd just need retainers and proper mouth/tongue positioning. I went with that cause it was cheaper and after about 5 years my top teeth moved slightly forward to a better bite position. Still not 100% though. But yea, he says it works better when you're younger but it can happen over a long time where they'll correct themselves with proper positioning.
I dont understand the picutre
anyways I rest my tongue where in the rooftop before that huge gap that tickles if you touch it with tongue
also i rest my tongue where my tongue stops when I say the word N
>one nostril is always clogged
>sometimes wake up and even though teeth are together and tongue resting on top my lips arent sealed so my mouth is just barely open and I feel dry
>other times like today I wake up with it closed and throat feeling normal
what the fuck?
it's normal, one nostril seals up so it can more efficiantly remoisturize itself, and then then opens back up when the other one seals
yes but when I have ligthning in my nose it seems like mid nose that shit bends and i've been told twice my nose looks wrong
also my nose is straight but once it reaches that part between the nose and forehead it has a gap
do I fucking have it?
and how long does it even take to recover from it so you can lift again
Ah I see thanks.
How do you have hollowed cheeks without doing my shitty method?
Honestly, it's genetics and bf%. Some people will have a shit jawline no matter what. People like me with an ok jawline have to work on it and try to make the best.
Then there are the people who have good genetics and don't have to worry about it.
The hollow cheeks, come from how your cheek bone is placed I'm pretty sure.
Good cheekbones plus a good jawline is the best. Good cheekbones and meh jawline gives you that cocksucking look. Which girls still like.
Meh cheeckbones and strong jawline is manly as fuck.
Try to see which one you have and work on making it better.
He's a con artist i visited him in person. No x-rays, makes u do ballooning, hidden charges, no results on adults, pictures of regular ortho work looks shoddy at best.
Ask anyone else who saw him in person.
what's the idea here? that you can influence the shape of your bones? enormous skeletal muscles only make the difference of a few mm and that's only at insertions from years of resistance.
>Just learned where its supposed to be and it makes a huge difference in regards to facials aesthetics.
I watched a vid about this a long time ago and changed my face form. Nothing changed. Everthing is the same.
As long as there is no empiric evidence I won't believe it.
I stick with it just in case and because it takes zero effort anyway.
It doesn't work. Trust me it doesn't work. I've used expanders and all sorts of devices and my palate spread but changes on the outside did not occur (not enough to notice at least if any DID occur). Putting your fucking tongue up there isn't going to do fucking anything if heavy duty mechanical devices literally spreading your palate 6 mm+ doesn't.
Oh and before dumb Mike Mew (scammer) followers comment about dental movement the palate literally spread my front teeth split apart leaving a gap.
Mike does not do x rays I wonder why. Every other orthodontist does so you can see they aren't conning you with balloons up your nose and you're getti g real results.
