I'm having a little problem, I'm currently bulking and now I shit a little yellowish
I'm wondering if it's because of the oats (less likely) or because I eat 3x a day 200g of carbs (rice, pasta, etc.) and that's too much to handle, even if I don't feel bad besides the flatulences
What do you think /fit/ ? Has it ever happened to anyone ?
Nope I just mix a bit of milk (like 100mL I guess) with my oats, I never liked the milk but I don't think I'm lactose intolerant, even I were I don't think I drink enough milk to have a real impact

OP, yellow shit means your liver is weak right now. If you're eyes are a bit yellowish as well and not white, i suggest visiting the doctor. Check if you're feeling fine as well. As long as it's only yellow shit it's fine. Eat more carbs and more protein.
No my liver is fine I don't have any symptoms, my eyes are white, I don't have jaundice neither, it's just my stool that's kinda yellowish, and I eat WAY more carbs than a normal person I'm at ~3300kcal/day
