Skim milk is milk with no fat. Need less fat in your diet? Take it. Bulking? Then don't. It's not so fucking hard.
I think this board has a constant flow of beginners, and as such we get retarded questions like that all the time. I know I'm guilty of it when I started lifting. You get a lot of information shoved in your face right away, and it can be hard to sort out.
