How many calories can you realistically lose on these? I'm thinking maybe 10-20 minutes a day
Just curious, anyone know how accurate the calorie counters on these things are?
Like if I jogged for 20 minutes and it says 250 calories burned, is the actual number probably with 5 calories of that or 50 calories of that?
Depending on your weight/height, heart rates and muscle efficiency, I would average a normal guy to lose somewhere around 1000kcal per 1 hour of exercise with 10km/h speed.
Now if you run one third of that, you probably end up burning anywhere between 200-400 calories.
