if you dont have the mental capacity to read 2 pages of information then you don't have the motivation to lose any amount of weight, shit if you cant read the sticky you probably dont have the capacity to even stop gaining weight
40-50 pounds is gonna take a year to do cleanly without losing muscle
strong is probably going to take you 2-3 years starting after that point
maybe you wanna read the fucking sticky in the meantime
