Hey /fit/ didn't realy know where else to go for this but do you know ways to max hgh, through routines or foods or avoiding certain foods. I'm 18 and hit puberty pretty late so I'm still growing but I'm afraid I'll never make it out of manlet mode cause I used to eat such a shit diet. I've also heard maxing hgh can help increase gains. Any advice and if there isn't any way how do you make being a manlet less obvious.
