Been doing it for about fifteen days in a row now. I've progressed mightily. I can do a headstand now and all sorts of crazy balancing on my hands with my legs off the ground. I always dreamed of being able to do this stuff and as a 6'4" guy I feel like I've really made it. Good for core strength.
I'd recommend yoga to anybody. It's aided my OHP by giving me better scap mobility.
