ok since my 2 fwb are almost out of my life, I need a few /fit/ hobbies to not go insane, what do you do besides lifting?

Overnight or one day? Footwear and a solid ruck are everything. Invest in 2 pairs of hiking socks and change them out halfway through the day. Look for a ruck with a rigid frame that will ride high and tight on your back. Also look into a camelback so your not having to hold onto a water bottle the whole time
Do something to make yourself an asset to yourself in the future.
I don't know your life situation, OP, but maybe work on getting a new degree, learn a new language, work on some resume builders.
