does anyone else just wake up one day and think, "nah, i can't be fucked to work out today?"
i have missed three workouts in a row now. i just can't muster the energy to get to the gym.
some weeks when i feel ive worked out too much, which i think i often do, seven times a week plus a labor heavy job, i just work out every other day plus the weekend so i can chillax for a few and feel more energized the next day.
otherwise dont go until you feel fat and then go at it again.
