Anything under 4-5 minutes is okay. Rest just enough so you can do your next set. At first you'll be guessing a lot, but you'll learn what you can handle soon enough.
Anything over 5 minutes means you're lifting above your weight.
3 - 5 min between sets for 5x5 but remeber that the 5x5 doesnt work for everyone so you might want to mix it up and add something like 5x8
Also 1 min rest for sets that youre not lifting til failure
