how to into bench
when it will be my time for bench day to not be a complete embarrassment

>tfw lifts aren't improving, bench 95 lbs, squat 105 lbs, OHP 60 lbs, still figuring out DL but its probably under 120

you're really skinny bro. you're in a perfect place to start a bulk and get strong af
worst case is you you get slightly fatter than you like but then cut for a couple months and you'll be strong and lean

It all starts with being more honest with yourself.
If you bench 150 then you don't squat or DL that much weight.
The other way around, sure, but not a weak bench strong other lifts.
I see you as a quarter squatting, sumo-deadlifting, shit poster.
That being said, just watch a lot of videos and dial in your technique. Always work with a spotter and go heavy (1-2 reps) every week.
you think it's impossible to have a disproportionately strong lower body? only an upper?
the only stats you can diagnose quarter squatting on were if i said something like 320 squat 275 dead.
anyway my technique has been improving lately and benching has been feeling better. hopefully i'll start seeing the number go up. it's just been so frustrating bc it's been stalling around this point for literally half a year now
