Why do I never see this at the gym? I'm always working out so hard and struggling like a motherfucker on the last rep. Arnold and other guys do it on tv, but I never see that shit in the gym.
Yet I see big ass fucking guys come in for like 20 minutes and bust out about 2 or 3 sets without breaking a sweat. Or guys just sort of dicking around it seems not really struggling for shit, but they've obviously made significant gains.
I don't even think juicing would give that effect. So I'm confused
