I kind of wish I got the usual 215mg from Iggy but he surprised me with the 250mg. Maybe as a reward for paying immediately after placing an order? 500mg woke me up about 3 times last night with minor sweats. 430 is probably a little less intense.
Xanax was a fucking godsend for sleep on DNP. If you desperately want sleep I'd take Xanax, but obviously don't take it for too long, I ran out towards the end of my cycle and couldn't sleep for shit for like 2 weeks.
But yeah you'll probably get good sleep on 1mg, even if you wake up sweaty.

Soup dude. Just found that gem. 2 cups of decent store bought soup is at most 200 cals and has decent macros. Will keep you filled for hours. No kidding. Also lots of brocolli, chicken, etc. Just try to not eat calorie dense foods and you should be gtg
Just finished a 2 week cycle with crystal. Started with 350 mg and ended with 700 mg.
Wew lads, the last week was a struggle. Already feel 100x better off of it.
Had great results, lost about 15 pounds eating on maintenance + weight lifting. Strength didn't decrease, just felt like shit while working out.
10/10 would cycle again.
For those dealing with cravings I would recommend an ECA stack. If that's not an option then just deal with it.
Also, you don't need to be on a high-carb diet. I did all of this with low carb (about 40-50g of carbs per day) and intermittent fasting.

Yes, extremely lethargic and getting out of breath just walking up stairs. Never tried benzos or xanax so I have no idea how that will work out, but I would avoid depressant type drugs while on this stuff. Stimulants + DNP + Xanax just sounds like a crazy cocktail, but hey, it's your life.
third cycle and as usual, broke into hives. I've been taking zetop (cetirizene) every day for the current cycle but this time, its not exactly a full on hive. its just like red dotty pattern on my stomach. Its like pre hives i guess? idk anything other than today's cetirizine pill that can help....

could just be underdosed in which case makes a little sense, could be water weight or could be overeating. Remember to account for everything you eat, the vegetables, the little pieces of chocolate you might have here and there, and even the oil you pour in your pan..Alot of people dont but oil and condiments add up quick.

Chippewa is the resident expert on DNP here, but I'll chime in with my experience.
The absolute best diet for DNP, hands down, is a ketogenic diet. DNP has to deplete your glycogen stores before it can proceed to use fat for energy. On a ketogenic diet, your ATP comes from fat stores.
If a CKD isn't for you (not for me, I love my carbs too much) then simply limit your simple carb intake. Simple carbs will make you burn hotter.
Other than that, just eat pretty much whatever you want. DNP is incredibly powerful.
Personally, I have experienced the best fat loss with DNP while using the UD 2.0. Here is how I set it up.
Day 1: 400mgs of DNP, Glycogen Depletion, Full body workout, 10-12 reps, 2 sets per BP Low cal-1500 cals or so, low carb-60 grams
Day 2: 400mgs of DNP, diet and workout the same
Day 3: No DNP, no workout, same diet
Day 4: No DNP, AM-Diet, PM-Tension workout, Full body, 6-12 reps, 3 sets per BP, Begin massive carb up (I'm talkin like 5000-7000 calories of mostly carbs, little to no fat, protein 1 gr/lbm/BW)
Day 5:No DNP, no workout, comtinue massive carb-up
Day 6: No DNP, heavy full body workout, 3-6 reps, 4-5 sets per BP, eat maintence or a little below
Day 7: No workout, eat at maitence or a little below-maybe a little cardio. And if you feel a little crazy, go head and throw 200 mgs before bed.
Rinse and repeat as necessary
The diet is a complete bitch to follow and you will probaly feel like **** on Day 1 and 2. However, this is the only diet with DNP that I can maintain all muscle and sometimes increase strength on my day 6 power workouts (especially if I throw in some Superdrol on the carb-up). Not to mention the carb-ups are friggin awesome. Good luck with whatever you choose.
Let's discuss this. I'm considering going onto a KD diet for a few weeks and then going back on the DNP to see how the two compliment each other. I have done REALLY well on KD diets in the past. I wouldn't mind seeing how the two work at the same time. But let's hear from you guys first. Maybe there's something out there I haven't read yet that you can share.
Some guys on /fraud/ use DNP without really changing anything about their diet and still get good results. Are you guys sure you aren't just over thinking everything?
I think limiting carbs has it's benefits but to say that a keto diet is best seems to be a stretch because well, you can burn fat AND use glycogen as an energy source after all-->so I don't see why you would need your body to use fat as a primary energy source when the fat cells are going to shrink anyways?
Failed DNP 3 times. 11 days after 400mg in I was backed up and wasn't eating. Got a super bad rash and had to go to the doctor.
Second time took a pill, next morning woke up with a rash so stopped immediately.
third time did a week at 200mg and pain got too much for me. Maybe I didn't drink enough water but it sucked.
Pretty sure DNP isn't for me but I still have some and am sort of tempted to try again after the holidays.

tonight, every fucking muscle and articulation hurt a ton. It's like a flu or fever pain without headache or anything else. I'm drinking probably more than 5 liters of water per day. Thank god that I bought a dyson humidifier/fan shit so the heat doesn't fuck me that much.

both are NSAIDs and act as fever reducers, while 101 is not the 103.4 that is the danger zone where you will more than likely die/meltdown you want to avoid being over 100 if possible.

you sound almost exactly like me. I'm not trying to convince you to go back to DNP but here is what my experience was:
Day 10 (5 days of 500mg) exploding with severe red rash. I get incredibly sick and have to stop. I take tons of benedryl. I wait a week and hop back on @ 250mg while taking benedryl. Day 2 rash starts taunting to come back. I'm turning red. I stick to benedryl, stop one day, and the rash subsides. I'm on day 4 and no sense of rash or sides. I'll let you know if it comes back, but I think(hope) it's possible to defeat the rash and stay on.
How much greater is the weightloss difference between 250mg a day to 500mg a day? I know cal deficite and other factors are most important to discuss here but I'm curious if 250mg a day is slowing down my progress significantly.

DNP can kill you. Obviously it can be done safely, but also remember it may be over or underdosed. Knowing that, that's the main reason ill never fuck with dnp. If it's over dosed, you're screwed. I personally will only touch Clen or EC. But that's only my opinion. I'd like to hear how clen is worse for you though. Can you link a study possibly? Very interested in this.
Btw, not nagging you or telling you to do anything. It's just my personal opinion. If it says dont do it on a low carb diet, and you know how dangerous it is, for heaven sake, don't do it on low carb.
Also guys I'm not counting today as Day 1. I did a carb load over friday and saturday and I ate lots of crap for the beginning half of today after my power lifting session. Then midday today I figured since I'm going back into calorie restriction mode, I would start this journey. I'm guessing I'm sitting at 210lbs right now.
When I'm super-compensated I sit around 208-210lbs, then when I level out my glycogen to normal cutting levels it hovers at 205lbs. Depleted I'm 200lbs.
So tomorrow I'll wake up and start PSMF, I already dropped the DNP down the hatch.
Yeah .. DNP can be discouraging as fuck due to holding water and being depleted. Only on my first cycle was when I looked lean as fuck at all times due to not holding any water and that's because I was non-stop sweating / drinking due to being out in 90F+ degree weather and walking for miles and miles each day because I worked at a theme park over the summer.
Now I'm holding water like a mother fucker and I look fatter than when I started.
