>>34524686 check out scooby's push up guide it'll get you to 30 push ups very quick after that just do things like 4/5 sets of 20, 30, 40, etc test yourself every day or every other day by seeing how many push ups you can max out in a long time limit like 2 minutes or 2 minutes 30 seconds keep raising reps and then testing your max and eventually you'll get to 100 in one go when you get to the point when you can do 60+ pushups in one go, start setting daily goals of getting 500+ pushups done each day this is what I did to go from 10 wimpy pushups to 100 all the way all the way down pushups with dedication and sticking to a schedule and adjusting reps you can do this in 6 weeks. just stick with it, there will be days when doing the push ups will suck cocks because you'll be doing so many also don't forget to workout other parts of your body and stretch properly as well good luck op
