Just ate approximately 800 calories worth of these
I'm cutting and this puts me over 300 maintenance
Who /notmakingit/ here?
I bought a bag of pita chips after work last week, got home and ate the whole thing before I got to the gym the next day. 2000 or so calories. I shouldn't have bought it at all, but I could at least have stretched it out.
>Pigged out of the summer
>Don't really care, live in a really fucking cold climate anyway
>Just got down to my pre-summer weight.
>Yesterday I ate ~6000 kcal in ice cream, cake, and bread
>Gained ~11 lbs in water weight
H-hold me /fit/
Bitch get on my level
>Finally sub 10%bf
>Going for cocoa as my main fat source
>Aiming for 2300kcal / day
>6.2 190lbs so this is like 900-1000 below maintenance (uni student and bike all the time part from liftan)
>Make my own 87% chocolate, end up eating 200gs of it together with 300g of crisps and 750gsof quark + 50gs of almonds after a heavy leg day with like 20km of biking on top of that
Went a little overboard over the weekend(Fri, Sat), but it was a once-a-year special occasion kind of thing. I was drinking, and when I drink, I feel hungry even though I know I'm not. Saturday was the worst with about 10 cans of cider, a few beers, 3 chicken buns, some kind of dessert bun, 4 polish sausages (with buns), 4 apples, 2 chicken breasts, and a lot of spaghetti. Got back to it on Sunday, knowing that it'll set me back two weeks at most.
Very simple: 85% chocolate, for 70% or lower use more butter/sugar.
Cocoa Butter/Coconut butter
Honey (better for texture tbh, sugar works tho but slightly grainy)
Pure vanilla <3
Sea salt, almonds, chili etc ...
I go for:
15-16 tbs of cocoa or higher
Heat the butter to 50 degrees celsius, remove from heat, whisk down all ingredients quick, reheat to 50 degrees for like two minutes, pour onto baking tray with paper, let cool in room temperature or in fridge (fridge goes faster but gives a worse texture)
I just meal prepped something but then it looked so good I just ate it right then and there, putting me 250 above.
I lifted this morning so I'm going to pretend that makes up for it.
