I need help, what i must to do there? I would like some machine or exercise for arms and body in general.

do 10 reps on each machine and 10 minutes cardio.
don't forget to bring your over priced sports clothes, take instagram photos and update your Facebook status to let everyone know your a cool guy.
finish off with sauna.
oh also your going to need to hit up McDonald's and reward your self for all the hard work.
