What are some KILLER workouts I can do with one of these bitches??
I've been swinging these around like a powerful exercise person, but I don't feel a fuck yet
How do I get good at battlebells?
5x15 Silly slammers
3x10 bully baboos
Drink lead-based paint until failure
How would you use these for conditioning/cardio? I could only find one article that suggested 300 swings over the course of a day. It struck me as a bit odd, but whatever.
So I do 3 "rounds" of 5x20 swings, 30 seconds rest between each set, 2 minutes between each round.
Figuring I'll increase the weight once I can do 2 rounds of 5x30.
Does this in any way sound reasonable?
