So /fit/, I saw some pictures someone took of me at a park recently and what happens is, my posture is shit. I have a goddamn hump. My shoulders are so high they're only a few centimeters away from touching my ears. It's real bad. So what's a good tried and true stretching routine I can use to fix this?

well if you're OP or wherever his Quasimodo looking ass is,
your hump is from your forward head and kyphosis, it may not ever go away entirely. as for your shoulders being up, you have the tightest traps known to man. ever.
Go to your general practitioner Doctor, get a referral for a physical therapist. let them try to fix you, because your body is REALLY REALLY FUCKED UP.
