I was super dyel but I'm taking a supplement that will end in the start of month 4. I take super dmz 3.0
Needless to say I look fit and it's pretty impressive at such a quick time line.
I use to weight 186 and now I'm at 166. I'm rapidly approaching ottermode.?
My question is should I start cutting dieting during my PCT, or should I wait till my PCT is over and I take a new supplement?
Should I keep lifting for mass?
Just so you get an idea I was lifting preacher curls when I first started with the 35 bar, I'm REPPING the 75 bar 3x8 now.

Depends. I was a pussy and didn't eat enough for the first 3 months of lifting, so I still look DYEL at 5 months in. You need to EAT and lift HEAVY, then it will take you like 6-8 months. longer if you want to be up to /fit/ standards.

im getting some mixed messages anon also you probably should of waited a couple months before using a supplement like that. you were going to get stronger regardless but now you will give the credit of your noob gains to the dmz

Sorry I forgot to mention I was fat and flabby. The weight Ioss had to be a lot of fat, my muscles are very visible now and I attribute my fat loss to adderal, which I will never take again.
What I want to know is should I build a lot muscle before cutting or is my current weight acceptable. I'm 5'10. Should I cut on a pct or during another dmz cycle.
I do believe he strength jump is purely from my supplement, I'm very impressed with it and a lot of people in my gym think I roided up because of my advances. Iv had a few people ask me what Im taking and they always just assume it's a roid
