Weird. You actually shouldn't be pissing at all if your body is actively putting on muscle. I'd increase protein daily and stop drinking water all together. Give it a month and you'll definitely see a change.
if it persists go to a doctor, your kidneys could be acting up. and yeah, youre pissing out protein, which isnt supposed happen too often. if you eat a lot of protein ofc its more likely to happen, but even then, you wanna check it if it keeps up.
