Why haven't I lost any weight this week? For 2 weeks I lost steady amount of weight weekly but this week my weight has been going up instead of down. I counted my calories and was even more confused.
Thats fucking 1100 cal deficit and yet weight stays same. 160lbs 5'11

Haven't used TDEE before, but now it says around 3500 cal per day.
Yeah, I divide my meals to breakfast, dinner and supper. Already know what I'm going to eat everyday and don't take anything excess.

If you didn't calculate your TDEE how did you know how much to eat?
Also, 3500 is well over for a 160 pound person.
I didn't calculate anything, I just went with a feel. I only calculated calories after I stopped losing weight. But my meals are almost identical everyday 1500 per day is accurate for whole diet.
And yeah, I possibly fucked up something in the calculator. But I do have 2h of boxing exercise 6 times a week + 5km jog everyday, so I might need quite a bit of calories.
Because water retention, sometimes i'm 3 to 4 pounds heavier than yesterday for no fucking reason. Keep going.
I can't dehydrate too much because it is an amateur match, and there is about 3 hours from weigh in to the matches starting.
I'm gonna dehydrate about 2 pounds and that leaves me 10 days to lose 2.
Of course I can dehydrate up to 5 but I don't want it to eat away my performance.
