Recovering smoker here. Remind me why smoking is bad again?
I only do like 10mins cardio before workouts (3 time a week) and dont really feel the damage, but I know its bad every single time.
its only after I smoked it that I feel bad, even while doing it.

I know these feels all to well
>start smoking at 15
>smoked for 8 years, at about 1/2 a pack a day near the end
>finally quit after 3 or 4 days/nights of withdrawal
>one week sober
>then one month
>then six months
>then get offered a smoke at a party
>"one cant hurt"
>school starts to get tough
>"I...I'll just smoke only 2 a day!"
>start to feel my gains slipping, my chest getting tighter, coughing a lot in the morning, ect
>I did it once, I can do it again
>5 hours without smoking
>a whole day
I'm at one week now without smoking. It can be done if you find the right recourses.
i stopped today havent smoked a cigarettes in the last 16 hours and now i'm going to sleep. wasn't this supposed to be hard ??
