I wake up, do 10 exercises for 30 minutes, lunch, then gym (lifting plus HIIT for 20 minutes) on Mondays Wednesdays and Thursdays

You arnt overtraining, if you were you would notice worse performance in your muay thai or your "10 exercises".
You should however stop spending so much time on fitness and start worrying about your education and mental health, because you're a fucking retard

Overtraining is horrible, it's more than just feeling tired.
I completely fucked up by going nuts maxing out four to five days a week for two weeks while drinking something like 40g of creatine a day.
I had headaches, muscle soreness, nausea, dizziness and lack of coordination.
What the fuck made you think drinking 40g of creatine a day would be beneficial?
