can the pentium meme processor run Fallout 4 or was it kucked yet again just like MGSV
>muh 50 dollars 2 core overclocked pentium is better than 300 dollar i7's :3
>cant run anything released after 2013
>omg Ashley see that guy? Chloe said that she heard him say that he thinks his OS is secure because it's open source, what a freak hahaha
I always hear /g/ raving about open source and how people should use it, but, do any of you actually contribute code to the project in the form of bug fixes or feature enhancements?
If so which projects and in what capacity?
When will this shit just fucking die already?
Dolphin on android supports it and I like playing online flash vydia. Flash is still alive but barely. Maybe it will die in a few more years but not today.
> Dood you don't need Flash anymoah, everything just werks in HTMemeleL FIVE nao :^)
What's the best Android i can buy in Europe under 300€?
A whistleblower on Reddit basically came out and said no OS is safe from the NSA. So with that knowledge that you're all being equally keked, which OS is the best?
>he doesn't have an SSD
I fell for the SSD meme.
My boot time on my debian laptop was shorted by 30 seconds.
Nothing felt snappier, it didn't blow away my desktop running 3 raided 4TB spinning rust drives.
It didn't even improve my battery life.
I could have bought a video game instead of this shit.
>uses dark underground browser because it's 'non-botnet'
>uses only open source stuff because le freedoms
>protonmail, tor messenger and other memes
>IAmA with NSA ex director
>'no OS is safe from surveillance'
So what now, /g/?
You cannot be safe when using an internet connected device.
If you don't understand this then you're hopeless. Using a shitty autismal Linux distro instead of Windows does absolutely nothing to address this underlying issue. The backbone of the internet itself is vulnerable down to the very core.
If you want privacy, do not use the internet.
>Panorama (tab groups) will be discontinued starting with version 45 because of declining usage. If you've been using Panorama, thank you for trying it out! We are refocusing our efforts to make Firefox even better.
What Linux OS has the best appearance?
What's the best text editor on mac os 10, sir?
What is the most stable linux distro?
Pic unrelated unless this is it.
Hey /g/, can you make your own OS?
It depends on what you consider an OS and what "your own" means.
Most of us here could probably build a custom distro, a few of us might be able to write a bootloader or similar.
Beyond that, probably not.
Lets talk about upcoming VR.
Are they worth buying at a 300-400 dollar price-tag?
How useful would they be outside of gaming? Could they feasibly replace monitors for general desktop work?
How beefy of a GPU would you need to make buying a VR for gaming worthwhile?
Are they just memes?
Probably not worth right out of the bat (but I guess they are going to release in very limited quantity anyway) But It will get big, I can see every new FPS having a VR option in the future.
So a few months back I found a oneplus one I was going to sell it until I lost my HTC one m9. its in good condition and working fine but I can't update it.
Every time I select install update it brings me to the menu in pic related, I then select install and then select the update and it looks as if its working fine from there except when the phone turns back on it notifies me that the update is ready as if it had never been installed and the cycle continues
Can anyone tell me what I am doing wrong I have no idea what I am doing with this phone and feel like...
