protip, do not acknowledge that the furry exists and it will go away. Do not give it attention for that is what it seeks.
Why the fuck do you guys like OsmAnd so much? It's a pain to put in addresses.
I'm going back to Google Maps.
I can't get a response on reddit so can you guys just take a look at this and tell me if there's anything I should be worried about like something being overpriced or bottlenecked?
you won't be getting good oc with this board.
you should go for non-k and a lower chipset.
the 390x isn't really suited for a itx build.
either a lower wattage gpu or blower style/aio watercooler.
****Just my opinions****
Are you overclocking?
1) If not, then you don't need a "k" on that CPU. K just means you can overclock and you pay a premium for it. Get the non-k if you aren't OCing.
2) Unless you have some special need in mind, you really don't need to OC. That CPU is already stronger than any game is going to need. CPUs aren't the gaming bottleneck.
Watercooling is almost always a meme, especially closed loop coolers. Watercooling only makes sense if you're overclocking like crazy and are doing...

>Personally I would go with a bigger case case over an itx case, but you know what kind of case you want better than I
I have that same case.
I advise against it, OP, it's a bitch to work on and it likes to vibrate and make a buzzing sound. Unless you're living in some Japanese capsule hotel you have room for an ATX board in a midtower case, you'll be glad of the extra space sooner or later.
Can this accept ATX form factor parts or not? If so, what size?
I wouldn't be too sure about it. Workstations often take their own funky form factors.
ATX could probably be worked into it, but with these machines you usually want to stick to the motherboards designed for it.
I have a thinkcenter case that looks like that. If I remember right it was some kind of BTX variant. OEMs do that because a.) it doesn't cost much to have a custom design when you're going to order a million copies, and b.) they want to discourage upgraders from using standard parts.
Anyone else like running alternative operating systems? I am getting sick of Linux or Windows.
just got pic related; my first android phone.
what are some good apps to get? what some good music players to use?
Hi! I recently had to hock my gaming rig due to personal bills, and am stuck using a older low profile system, So I was just wanting to see if anyone on here had a decent low profile GPU for a small price + shipping maybe. Thanks!
HENCE SMALL PRICE+ Shipping. I already paid up all my debt with the price I got out of my rig. So I'm looking to spend like 25$ on like a GTX 650 or like a 7750 just to play a couple games with my friends.
What is Java used for? It didn't catch on on the desktop. It's used to make Android apps, but the main use is in business (the "enterprise"). What exactly is it used for? It's been the #1 language in the Tiobe popularity ranking.
Who /oldphone/ here?
Anyone else have an old phone and doesn't think they'll upgrade in the foreseeable future?
Pic realted, my Moto /G/
My boss got it into her head that we should all have new computers, so we're getting win10 laptops next week.
How does I win10 without sending data to M$ headquarter-pounders every time I p2p ?
I can't change the OS, but I can install any app I want, so I'm thinking of installing Windows 10 Privacy Fixer.
Is that enough, or am I doing it wrong ?
Also, ITT win10 protips.
Why isn't this working?
EDC thread, post 'em.
Out of picture, the Blackberry Torch
I run a photo blog so camera is with me daily.
I always carry my monkey pipe to 420 on the go.
I need a new laptop.
I won't do much more than streaming music and movies, word processing, some very light gaming (running emulators and such)
Budget is $1.5-1.8k CAN
Things that are important to me:
1. Build quality
I need something that looks and feels good and will last me 5 years
2. Decent specs
Again, not doing much but I guess this ties in more with reliability considering most things are soldered and inaccessible
3. Sleek, portable design
Looking for a 13", don't want anything crazy bulky or too heavy
Considering rMBP, XPS13, ???
XPS15 which is the same as 13" for any other manufacturer.
>installing Arch is easy they said
>I'm on my 6th attempt already
What the literal hell /g/. I can't be this retarded. Running it in VirtualBox off a 16GB usb stick. I get to the last step (changing the .cfg file, telling the syslinux bootloader to locate my root partition sda1 instead of sda3), exit, reboot. Instead of the appropriate menu, I'm sent back to the install prompt, where I have to write everything all over again.
Web designer here. How does one have your favicon display on every single page on your site?
My example is imgur with their favicon still displaying when you upload a photo and share the link. Screenshot example posted.
